I know I wasn't the only one counting down the days for this beautiful day - but having shot many weddings with this beautiful photographer friend of mine, the day took on an extra special element! Starting off the day with the guys as they prepared for the first look was perfect. Groom was meticulous + calm as he quietly got ready for the day with both his personal family and his new family, too! Transitioning to the higher energy Bride's suite was adorable with the little flower girls running around and the ladies all helping each other ceremoniously. The ceremony was AMAZING. With the Wisconsin Historical Society as the backdrop - these two shared their vows without one dry eye in the room. Groom had a beautiful phrase that stuck with me throughout the day and days later. So much love. I especially adored how the couple involved parents and grandparents as they brought up flowers to contribute to a beautiful collection that Bride used as her bouquet for the rest of the day. The day was perfect in every way - and the dancing was ON FIRE by the end of the night. I can not even say how impressed I am. I actually am considering taking dance lessons so I can look as cool as this crowd of family and friends did on the dance floor. #reallife AMAZING. xo
